ABOUT EKY FLOOD

The EKY FLOOD (Finding Local Opportunities for Overcoming Disaster) program is an initiative of the Eastern Kentucky Concentrated Employment Program (EKCEP) and supported through funding from the United States Department of Labor. Services are provided through EKCEP’s Kentucky Career Center JobSight network of workforce centers located throughout the affected area.

Who is eligible?

Services through EKY FLOOD are generally available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and currently living in either of the following counties:

Breathitt, Clay, Floyd, Knott, Johnson, Lee, Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, Martin, Owsley, Perry, Pike, and Wolfe
